Client traveling through Omaha on I-80 on his way to Minnesota. Traffic stop and search of his vehicle by Omaha Police Department uncovered 4 ounces of marijuana. Client charged with Possession of Marijuana – More than an ounce, less than a pound. Filed a motion to suppress the stop and search of the vehicle.
