Client traveling through Omaha on I-80 on his way to Wisconsin. Traffic stop and search of his vehicle by Omaha Police Department uncovered 2.70 grams of psilocybin mushrooms. Client charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance and faced 5 years in prison. Able to negotiate deal for client whereby client returned to home state of Wisconsin and completed a diversion program and charges were dismissed. Client did not face any additional jail time nor did he have to pay any fines above the programming costs of diversion.
