Client camping on beach with friends over Memorial Day weekend. Game and Parks officers search camper and find marijuana, alcohol and ecstasy. Client charged with Possession of Marijuana, less than 1 ounce, Minor in Possession of Alcohol, Possession of a Controlled Substance and Distribution of a Controlled Substance. Client faced up to 55 years in jail and $35,000 in fines for charges related to ecstasy as well as expulsion from her college and inability to work in her selected field if convicted of a drug offense.
