Client traveling home to Michigan through Nebraska on I-80 when his vehicle was stopped and searched by the Nebraska State Patrol. Search revealed a user amount of hash products and client charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance and facing up to 2 years in prison and a $10,000.00 fine. Able to successfully resolve case wherein charges were reduced to a misdemeanor offense with fines only. No additional jail time. Arranged case so that client only had to return to Nebraska one time for court proceedings.
