Client, a married father of 2, was traveling home to Chicago through Nebraska on I-80 when his vehicle was stopped and searched by Omaha Police. Search revealed 30 lbs of marijuana. Client charged with PWID-Marijuana and was facing 20 years in prison and a $25,000.00 fine. Able to successfully negotiate a reduction in charges wherein client did not have to serve any additional jail time and was able to return home to his family in Chicago.
