Client on Amtrak train passing through Omaha from Colorado on way to Iowa. State Patrol searched client’s bag and discovered 7 lbs of marijuana. Client originally charged with PWID and facing 20 years in prison. Able to negotiate plea deal with county attorney. Client pled guilty to a misdemeanor offense for probation and a fine.
