Client traveling home to Connecticut through Nebraska on I-80 when he was caught up in a ruse or fake drug dog ahead operation by law enforcement. A stop and search of his vehicle revealed over 100 lbs of marijuana. Client charged with PWID-Marijuana and faced up to 20 years in jail and $25,000 fine. Able to negotiate a plea agreement wherein client did not have to serve any additional jail time and was able to return home to Connecticut.
