Client traveling through Nebraska on I-80 when his vehicle was stopped and searched by the Nebraska State Patrol. Search revealed a user amount of hash products and client charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance and facing up to 5 years in prison and a $10,000.00 fine. Able to successfully resolve case wherein charges were reduced to a misdemeanor offense with fines only. No additional jail time. Arranged case so that client did not have to return to Nebraska for any court appearances.
