Client was traveling west through Nebraska on I-80 when his vehicle was stopped and searched by law enforcement. Search revealed over $225,00.00 in U.S. currency. Client facing potential state and or Federal RICO charges for interstate transportation of proceeds from an unlawful narcotics operation. After being retained, we were able to convince both state and federal authorities to not pursue any charges against client. Client never charged with any criminal offense and did not serve any jail time. Able to return home to California to his family and life.
